Basketball Recap: Jennifer Rivera's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Salinas over Hollister

Salinas suffered their closest loss since December 29, 2023 on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Hollister Haybalers by a score of 37-34. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Cowboys have suffered against the Haybalers since February 3, 2020.

Salinas lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jennifer Rivera, who posted ten points. Another player making a difference was Alice Uchida, who earned seven points.
