Redlands East Valley's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They won by a goal and slipped past Cajon 1-0. The result kept the Wildcats happy, as they haven't lost a game since January 17th.

Meanwhile, Citrus Valley hasn't lost a match since December 21, 2024, a trend which continued in their latest game on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past Cajon 1-0.

Citrus Valley is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-10-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those eight games. As for Redlands East Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 8-9-3.
