Football Recap: St. Aloysius Comes Up Short + How To Watch

St. Aloysius lost against Cathedral back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Flashes took a hard 21-7 fall against the Green Wave.

St. Aloysius' loss dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Cathedral, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Aloysius will challenge Amite School Center at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Flashes 14.6, the Rebels 13.2) so any points scored will be well earned. As for Cathedral, they will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Jackson Prep at 7:00 p.m. on October 3.
