 West Campus is 8-0 against Marysville since January of 2015, and they'll have a chance to extend that success  on Thursday. The West Campus Warriors will face off against the Marysville Indians at 7:00  p.m. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but West Campus had no problem doing just that  on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Red Hawks with a sharp  56-30 victory. The  win was nothing new for West Campus as they're now sitting on ten straight.
  Leilani Edinburgh and  Loismary Justice were among the main playmakers for West Campus as the former  scored 21 points and the latter  scored 22 points. That makes it three consecutive games in which  Edinburgh has scored at least a third of West Campus' points.  Esabel Otsuji was another key contributor,  scoring 13 points.
 Meanwhile, Marysville entered their tilt with Dixon with 12 consecutive wins  but they'll enter their next game with 13. Marysville simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Dixon 70-15 at home. Given Marysville's advantage  in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings  (they are ranked 161st, while Dixon is ranked 694th), the result  wasn't entirely unexpected.
 Marysville can attribute much of their success to   Abigail Pietz, who  scored 24 points along with eight  assists and four  steals, and   Demi Boykin, who  dropped  a double-double on 22 points and ten  steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points  Pietz has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Krystal Briggs, who  scored 11 points along with five  rebounds and five  steals.
 West Campus pushed their record up to 21-6 with that  win, which was their 15th straight  at home dating back to last season. Those victories were due in large part to their  offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 54.9 points per game. As for Marysville, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won 17 of their last 18 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 23-4 record  this season.
 Everything came up roses for West Campus against Marysville when the teams last played  back in February of 2018 as the  squad secured a  65-13 victory. In that  contest, West Campus amassed a halftime lead of  32-8, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat  on Thursday.
