            The Milpitas Trojans will venture away from home to  challenge the Cupertino Pioneers  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Milpitas' last three  matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
Milpitas' defense heads into the  contest  hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed  on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with  a  1-0  win over MacDonald. That's two games straight that the Trojans have won by  just one  goal.
 Meanwhile, Cupertino managed to keep up with Fremont until halftime on Thursday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Cupertino lost  4-0 to Fremont. The Pioneers haven't had much luck with the Firebirds recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.
 Cupertino's loss dropped their record down to 11-8. As for Milpitas, they are  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six games,  which provided a massive bump to their 11-7 record  this season.
 Everything went Milpitas' way against Cupertino when the teams last played  back in January, as Milpitas made off with  a  3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Milpitas since the  team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
