Softball Recap: Tattnall County Comes Up Short

Tattnall County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost an 8-7 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bryan County Redskins. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Warriors of the 2-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2015.

Tattnall County's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Bryan County, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Tattnall County will square off against Ware County at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bryan County, they will host Mary Persons at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
