Recap: Wasco Tigers vs. Granite Hills Grizzlies
The Wasco Tigers were the 62-21 winner over the Granite Hills Grizzlies when they last played one another back in December of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. Wasco took a 36-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of Granite Hills. Wasco just can't catch a break and has now endured four defeats in a row.
Wasco's lost on Friday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Cassandra Evangelista, who scored 9 points. Another player making a difference was Jaelyn Juarez, who scored 6 points.
Wasco's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Granite Hills, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.
Wasco will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Summit Charter Collegiate Academy at 11:30 a.m. on December 9th. As for Granite Hills, they will be playing at home against Laton at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
