Basketball Game Preview: Hanover Nighthawks vs. Littlestown Thunderbolts

Hanover and Littlestown are an even 5-5 against one another since December of 2014, but not for long. The Hanover Nighthawks will host the Littlestown Thunderbolts at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Littlestown took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Hanover, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with five losses in a row dating back to last season, Hanover turned things around against Fairfield on Friday. They took their match with ease, bagging a 60-29 victory over the Knights.

Meanwhile, Littlestown had to suffer through a 55-23 loss at the hands of Bermudian Springs.

Littlestown now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Hanover, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Hanover was able to grind out a solid victory over Littlestown in their previous matchup back in January of 2023, winning 42-31. Will Hanover repeat their success, or does Littlestown have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
