Soccer Game Preview: Arabia Mountain vs. Dunwoody

The Arabia Mountain Rams will head out on the road to face off against the Dunwoody Wildcats at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Arabia Mountain has given up an average of 5.8 goals per game this season, so hopefully the team got some defensive drills in this week.

Arabia Mountain is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to six goals two weeks ago, they were much more limited against Decatur on Friday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 9-0. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 298th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 109th).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Dunwoody). They blew past Shiloh 3-0 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Wildcats as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Arabia Mountain now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Dunwoody, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-7-1.
