Baseball Recap: Manchester Comes Up Short

Manchester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They lost 15-0 to the Trion Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent loss being a 12-1 defeat on Friday.

Manchester's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Trion, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-9.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Manchester will take on rival Bowdon at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Trion is set to face off against their familiar foe Mt. Zion at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
