While Mountain Crest put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Bear River. The Mustangs blew past the Bears, posting a 56-0 win. The Mustangs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by 35 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Mountain Crest and bumps their season record up to 5-3. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 0-7 Deseret Peak and 2-6 Bear River. As for Bear River, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain Crest will welcome Tooele at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bear River, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Deseret Peak at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Bears will be up against the Golden Eagles' rather soft defense (which has allowed 57.88 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
