Preview: LeRoy-Ostrander vs. Grand Meadow
LeRoy-Ostrander had trouble last Friday, and unfortunately for them, their opponent this week is a big step up in difficulty. On Friday they take on Grand Meadow at 7:00 PM. LeRoy-Ostrander have seen their point totals decreasing over the past three games, a vulnerability Grand Meadow are surely hoping to exploit.
The match between LeRoy-Ostrander and Lanesboro was not a total blowout, but with LeRoy-Ostrander falling 8-26, it was darn close. LeRoy-Ostrander got a solid performance out of junior Riley Olson, who picked up 73 yards on the ground; unfortunately, it just wasn't enough for the win.
Meanwhile, Grand Meadow were fully in charge, breezing past Lyle/Pacelli 41-0. The success made it back-to-back wins for Grand Meadow.
