Baseball Recap: Brookwood Comes Up Short

Brookwood lost against Parkview back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Broncos fell 7-2 to the Panthers. The Broncos have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Joe Soto was a force to be reckoned with on the mound despite the final result: he pitched five innings while giving up just two earned (and four unearned) runs off seven hits.

At the plate, Mason Archie made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.

Brookwood's record is now 20-9. As for Parkview, their record now sits at 22-7.

While Brookwood had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
