Parkview has gone 8-2 against Peachtree Ridge recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Panthers are taking a road trip to take on the Lions at 5:00 p.m. Parkview has given up an average of 6.9 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Parkview came up short against North Gwinnett on Tuesday, falling 12-4. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Bulldogs recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Peachtree Ridge). They were the clear victors by a 12-0 margin over Lanier on Wednesday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Lions with their most commanding win of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Peachtree Ridge and bumps their season record up to 7-16. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 3 runs in those games. As for Parkview, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-13.

Parkview took their win against Peachtree Ridge in their previous meeting back in September by a conclusive 15-3 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Panthers since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
