Paideia was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Mount Pisgah Christian on Wednesday. The Pythons blew past the Patriots 9-2. The Pythons haven't had any issues with the Patriots recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Paideia's victory bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Mount Pisgah Christian, they dropped their record down to 3-13 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home.
