Soccer Game Preview: Anthony Wayne vs. Perrysburg

The Anthony Wayne Generals will head out on the road to square off against the Perrysburg Yellow Jackets at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Saturday, Anthony Wayne narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past Jackson 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for Anthony Wayne.

Meanwhile, Perrysburg kept a clean sheet against Green on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Bulldogs. Give Perrysburg's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Perrysburg's win bumped their record up to 11-1-1. As for Anthony Wayne, they now have a winning record of 7-6-1.
