Baseball Game Preview: Harrison Hoyas vs. Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs

The Harrison Hoyas are taking a road trip to challenge the Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Ten must be Harrison's lucky number: they beat Osborne with that score not once but twice on Friday. The Hoyas didn't even let the Cardinals on the board, marking the Hoyas' second-straight 10-0 shutout. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hoyas.

Meanwhile, Kennesaw Mountain got themselves on the board against New Manchester on Thursday, but New Manchester never followed suit. They skirted past the Jaguar 2-0. The win continues a trend for the Mustangs in their matchups with the Jaguar: they've now won four in a row.

Harrison's victory bumped their record up to 16-10. As for Kennesaw Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 15-11.

Harrison was able to grind out a solid victory over Kennesaw Mountain in their previous matchup back in April of 2025, winning 8-3. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Hoyas since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
