Softball Game Preview: Idabel Warriors vs. McAlester Buffaloes

The Idabel Warriors will face off against the McAlester Buffaloes at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Idabel comes in still looking for their first win of the season.

Idabel managed to slip by Madill the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Warriors came up short against the Wildcats two weeks ago, falling 11-0.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask McAlester). They were the clear victors by a 15-4 margin over Del City on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Buffaloes as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Idabel's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for McAlester, their victory bumped their record up to 5-20.
