Soccer Game Preview: Tipton vs. Bellevue

The Tipton Tigers will square off against the Bellevue Comets at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Tipton will be strutting in after a victory while Bellevue will be coming in after a defeat.

Tipton is headed in fresh off scoring the most goals they have all season. They never let Monticello get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Friday. Considering Tipton have won six contests by more than two goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, after soaring to seven goals the game before, Bellevue was a bit more limited in their matchup on Friday. They came up short against Central DeWitt, falling 7-1.

Tipton is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 38 goals over those eight contests. As for Bellevue, their loss dropped their record down to 1-11.
