Poly skates past Lakeside with ease

Recap: Poly Bears vs. Lakeside Lancers
The Poly Bears posted their biggest victory yet this season on Friday. They blew past Lakeside 52-9 at home. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 30-5.
Leading Poly to victory were Reagan Metzger and Elizabeth Murray. Metzger scored ten points, while Murray scored 13 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Murray has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Nea Denton, who scored six points.
Poly's win bumped their record up to 8-15. As for Lakeside, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.
Poly will head out on the road to take on Valley View at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lakeside, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Rancho Christian at 6:00 p.m.
