After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Mount Vernon, Holy Innocents Episcopal was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They blew past the North Springs Spartans 10-4. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Golden Bears considering their one-run performance the contest before.

Holy Innocents Episcopal now has a winning record of 2-1. As for North Springs, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Holy Innocents Episcopal and North Springs will both get their first taste of in-conference action in their upcoming games. The Golden Bears are set to take on their familiar foe Therrell at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, North Springs will challenge rival Northview at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
