Lancaster County Christian had won five straight games and Alicia Fisher did her part to make it six on Friday. The Lancaster County Christian Lions came out on top against the High Point Baptist Academy Eagles by a score of 47-36 thanks in part to Fisher, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and 12 boards. That makes it five consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Lancaster County Christian's points.

Lancaster County Christian's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for High Point Baptist Academy, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

After both having extra time off, Lancaster County Christian and Ephrata Mennonite will shake off the cobwebs and face off against one another at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Lancaster County Christian's defense has only allowed 29.2 points per game this season, so Ephrata Mennonite's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for High Point Baptist Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Linville Hill at 6:00 p.m. on January 6, 2025.
