The Northern Cambria Colts's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight loss. They were dealt a 57-24 defeat at the hands of United. Northern Cambria has struggled against United recently, as their matchup on Tuesday was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

United's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Maddison McGinnis led the charge by scoring 21 points along with three steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points McGinnis has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Mollee Fry, who scored 11 points along with six assists and two steals.

Northern Cambria has been struggling recently, as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season. As for United, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-4.

Northern Cambria will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Cambria Heights at 7:15 p.m. Hopefully Cambria Heights focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 on Tuesday. As for United, they will head out on the road to square off against Conemaugh Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Conemaugh Valley is out to stop a seven-game streak of losses at home.
