Volleyball Recap: Spring Valley Wins Going Away Against Clark

Spring Valley won the last time they faced Clark and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Grizzlies put the hurt on the Chargers with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Grizzlies.

Spring Valley was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-11, 25-19.

Spring Valley had a senior duo take command as Mackenzie Means had 28 assists and six digs and Tran (Hillary) Ton had nine digs. Means is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Spring Valley's victory bumped their record up to 17-11. As for Clark, their loss dropped their record down to 11-14.

Looking ahead, Spring Valley will challenge Sierra Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clark, they will take on Mater Academy East Las Vegas at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
