Tift County has gone 8-2 against Veterans recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Tift County Blue Devils will venture away from home to square off against the Veterans Warhawks at 6:00 p.m. The two teams each escaped (but just barely!) with wins against their previous opponents.

Last Saturday, Tift County had just enough and edged Ola out 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Blue Devils.

Meanwhile, it may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Veterans ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Wilcox County, sneaking past 5-3. The Warhawks' victory was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Veterans' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Tift County, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Tift County couldn't quite finish off Veterans when the teams last played on Tuesday and fell 8-6. Can Tift County avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
