Lake Oconee Academy hasn't had much luck against Washington-Wilkes recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Last Friday, Lake Oconee Academy made easy work of Lincoln County and carried off an 8-2 victory. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by six runs or more this season.

Ty Lamar made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 2-for-3. Braxton Reed was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Lake Oconee Academy now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Washington-Wilkes, their loss dropped their record down to 6-12.
