Soccer Recap: Placer Find Success

Placer kept a clean sheet against Golden Sierra on Friday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Golden Sierra Grizzlies. The Hillmen have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Grizzlies, too.

The victory got Placer back to even at 1-1. As for Golden Sierra, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4-1.

Placer wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Ponderosa on the 14th. As for Golden Sierra, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 0-0 draw against Wheatland on the 13th.
