Westminster and Blessed Trinity are an even 5-5 against one another  since October of 2020, but likely not for long. The Wildcats will welcome the Titans  at 5:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Westminster's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9  runs per game  this season, so Blessed Trinity's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
Westminster took  an  eight-run  defeat the last time they faced off against Pace Academy, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Wildcats narrowly escaped with a  win as the  team sidled past the Knights  7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  victory the Wildcats have posted  since September 3, 2024.
 Adelaide Banks spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned  (and two unearned) runs on six hits and racked up seven Ks.
 At the plate,  Townsend Post was  excellent,  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI.
 Meanwhile, Blessed Trinity can  bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game  on Saturday. They were the clear victors by  an  11-1 margin over Chamblee.
 Blessed Trinity now  has a winning record of 10-9. As for Westminster,  the  win  got them back to even at 11-11.
 Westminster was able to grind out a solid  victory over Blessed Trinity in their previous matchup  on September 11th, winning  5-1. Do  the Wildcats have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Titans turn the tables on them?  We'll have the answer soon enough.
