Basketball Game Preview: Miami Christian Victors vs. ABF Academy Homestead Bandits

The Miami Christian Victors will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the ABF Academy Homestead Bandits at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. Miami Christian has given up an average of 60.2 points per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Monday, Miami Christian came up short against Doral Academy and fell 58-48. The Victors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, ABF Academy Homestead didn't have quite enough to beat Victory Rock Prep on Monday and fell 47-45. The contest marked the Bandits' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Despite the loss, ABF Academy Homestead saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Benjamen Neely dropped a double-double with 20 points and 11 boards. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Neely has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Condae Smith, who posted six points and six rebounds.

ABF Academy Homestead now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Miami Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
