Baseball Recap: Columbus International Comes Up Short

Columbus International was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They lost 16-4 to the East Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 18-10 back in April.

Columbus International's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for East, they now have a winning record of 6-5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Columbus International will face off against rival Centennial at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, East is set to square off against their familiar foe Mifflin at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
