Basketball Recap: Highland Finds Home Court Redemption Against Palmdale

There's no place like home for Highland, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They secured a 61-57 W over the Palmdale Falcons on Wednesday. Given the Bulldogs' advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 319th, while the Falcons are ranked 982nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win got Highland back to even at 14-14. As for Palmdale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season.

As of now, neither Highland nor Palmdale have any future games scheduled.
