Soccer Recap: Livingston Comes Up Short

While it was all tied up 1-1 at halftime, Livingston was not quite Johansen's equal in the second half on Thursday. They lost 4-1 to the Johansen Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 1-0 back in January.

Livingston's goal came courtesy of Perla Cervantes, which was the first she's scored this season.

Livingston's loss dropped their record down to 8-11-4. As for Johansen, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6-3 record this season.

Livingston has already played their next game, a 4-2 victory against Pacheco on the 11th. As for Johansen, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Grace Davis on the 11th.
