Basketball Recap: Liberty Charter Takes a Loss

Liberty Charter was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 18th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against the High Tech Mesa Thunder, falling 54-9. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-3.

Liberty Charter's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for High Tech Mesa, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Liberty Charter wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 53-19 defeat against The Cambridge School on the 11th. As for High Tech Mesa, they will challenge High Tech CV at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
