It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Terra Linda had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Marin Catholic Wildcats, sneaking past 2-1. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but the Trojans were the better team in the second half.

Rashell Diaz and Nina Iyer scored both of Terra Linda's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 15 goals.

Terra Linda's win bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Marin Catholic, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 12-7 record this season.

Coming up, Terra Linda will take on Urban at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Urban will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Terra Linda surely won't give up without a fight. Marin Catholic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
