Moberly won the last time they faced Marshall and things went their way on Friday too. The Spartans were the clear victors by a 28-6 margin over the Owls. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spartans.

Moberly picked up their first road win, bumping their record up to 2-4. As for Marshall, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home.
