Holy Redeemer is 10-0 against Wyoming Area since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. The Holy Redeemer Royals will face off against the Wyoming Area Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Holy Redeemer will be strutting in after a victory while Wyoming Area will be coming in after a defeat.

Last Thursday, Holy Redeemer strolled past Wyoming Seminary College Prep with points to spare, taking the game 54-39. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Royals.

Meanwhile, Wyoming Area came up short against Tunkhannock on Saturday and fell 38-30. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Holy Redeemer will need focus on slowing down Jailynn Park, one of several Wyoming Area players who made an impact when they last played. She posted five points and five rebounds. Park has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Aminah Dixon, who had six points.

Even though they lost, Wyoming Area was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in December of 2023.

Wyoming Area's loss dropped their record down to 4-9. As for Holy Redeemer, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Everything came up roses for Holy Redeemer against Wyoming Area when the teams last played back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 57-23 win. In that match, Holy Redeemer amassed a halftime lead of 38-10, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Monday.
