Wheeler County had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Treutlen Vikings by a score of 3-1. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in March of 2024.

Alexader Tavera and Jordan Jones scored all three of Wheeler County's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

The win got Wheeler County back to even at 3-3. As for Treutlen, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 0-7.

Wheeler County wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Hawkinsville on the 18th. As for Treutlen, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 loss against Georgia Military College on the 13th.
