Baseball Recap: Hiram Takes a Loss

Hiram was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 11-0 to the Cedartown Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, with their most recent defeat being a 14-1 loss on Thursday.

Hiram's defeat dropped their record down to 7-14. As for Cedartown, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-10.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hiram is set to square off against their familiar foe Woodland at 5:55 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Cedartown will challenge rival Cartersville at 5:55 p.m. on Tuesday.
