Volleyball Recap: Crownpoint Comes Up Short + How To Watch

It was a Battle of the Birds when Crownpoint faced off against Thoreau on Thursday. The Eagles lost 3-0 to the Hawks. The Eagles were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Hawks earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

While Crownpoint had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-18, 25-19.

This is the second loss in a row for Crownpoint and nudges their season record down to 15-7. As for Thoreau, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 11-12.

As of now, neither Crownpoint nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
