Softball Recap: Frederick's Winning Streak Snapped at Four Games

After flying high against Falcon last Saturday, Frederick came back down to earth. The Golden Eagles came up short against the Holy Family Tigers on Thursday, falling 9-1. The matchup marked the Golden Eagles' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Frederick saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ella Stromberg, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. Stromberg is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as she's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games she's played.

Frederick moved to 4-2 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak. As for Holy Family, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
