Softball Game Preview: Callaway Cavaliers vs. Marion County Eagles + Official Tickets

The Callaway Cavaliers will head out on the road to square off against the Marion County Eagles at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Callaway hasn't scored more than two runs for seven games straight, a trend the team is eager to reverse.

On Tuesday, Callaway didn't have quite enough to beat LaGrange and fell 2-1.

Callaway saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ella Kelly, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Eagles on Tuesday. Marion County fell just short of Crawford County by a score of 9-8.

Callaway's loss dropped their record down to 8-17. As for Marion County, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-8.
