Drumright came tearing into Thursday's matchup with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 7-6 W against the Hominy Bucks. That's two games straight that the Tornadoes have won by just one run.

Drumright's win bumped their record up to 19-9-1. As for Hominy, their loss dropped their record down to 29-3.

Drumright wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 9-7 victory against Seiling on the 2nd. Hominy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
