Soccer Recap: Banneker Takes a Loss

Banneker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the McIntosh Chiefs, falling 10-0. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by exactly ten goals.

Banneker's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for McIntosh, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Banneker will welcome Hapeville Charter at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for McIntosh, they will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Whitewater at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
