Walnut Grove waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Jefferson Dragons. The score was all tied up 2-2 at the break, but the Warriors were the better team in the second half.

They hit Jefferson with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Bryson Utes-Fouser, Aidan Bird, and Stefan Jackson.

Walnut Grove pushed their record up to 3-0 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those three matches. As for Jefferson, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Walnut Grove will look to take advantage of their home pitch for the first time this season as they take on Johns Creek at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Johns Creek will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Walnut Grove surely won't give up without a fight. As for Jefferson, they will take on Norcross at 7:30 p.m. on February 25th.
