Football Recap: Irving Tigers vs. Crandall Pirates

Irving fell victim to Crandall and their airtight defense on Thursday. They were dealt a 49-0 loss at the hands of the Pirates. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 901st, while the Pirates are ranked 166th).

Darrik Ward Jr. had an outrageously good game for Crandall as he rushed for 147 yards and a pair of TDs on only 13 carries.
