Football Recap: St. Joseph Christian Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact St. Joseph Christian can now relate to. They were outmatched by the Rock Port Blue Jays and fell 70-12. Having soared to a lofty 54 points in the game before, the Lions couldn't push the score so high this time.

Brock Holmes was his usual excellent self, rushing for 224 yards and five scores while picking up 8.0 yards per carry for Rock Port. Holmes is crushing it when it comes to rushing touchdowns: he's punched in at least two every time he's taken the field this season.
