Baseball Recap: Arlington Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Arlington's offense. They lost 6-0 to the Billerica Memorial Indians on Thursday. The Spy Ponders have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Arlington's loss dropped their record down to 13-9-1. As for Billerica Memorial, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-12.

Arlington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Billerica Memorial, they will welcome Hingham at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Harbormen's pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Indians' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
