Troy waltzed into their game on Thursday with 13 straight wins... but they left with 14. Everything went their way against the Canton Warriors as they made off with a 66-45 victory. The Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Troy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kailyn Sterling, who dropped a double-double with 20 points and 12 rebounds. With that strong performance, Sterling is now averaging an impressive 15.1 points per game. Alyssa Parks was another key player, putting up 17 points and six boards.

Troy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive rebounds. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their offensive rebound total in three consecutive matches.

Troy pushed their record up to 19-4 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.1 points over those games. As for Canton, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 15-8.

Troy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 58-42 win against Northeast Bradford on the 14th. Canton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
