Soccer Recap: Montgomery County Comes Up Short

Montgomery County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Portal Panthers. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly two goals.

Montgomery County's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Portal, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to a perfect 2-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Montgomery County will welcome Georgia Military College at 7:00 p.m. on February 25th. As for Portal, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Portal face off against the Metter at 7:00 p.m. on February 25th.
