Pickens barely beat Dawson County the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Dragons never let the Tigers get on the board and left with a 6-0 win on Tuesday. The Dragons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by six runs or more this season.

Pickens' victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-4. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.0 runs on average over those games. As for Dawson County, they moved to 12-5 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pickens will host North Atlanta at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Dawson County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lumpkin County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
